Hungry Gravity – Bernhard Braun
„One year later and the Bavarian full time action camper Bernhard Braun is back with another ski comedy. This time not only struggling with his English pronunciation. He also feels challenged by the needs of modern ski film making industry. The endless need of telling a story.
Do we not all want to watch beautiful skiing?!
Still, the process of planing, preparing and finally skiing one of Austrias most remarkable mountains – the Albonakopf in the Arlberg massive makes him realize a few things about life. Eventually he’s hungry to tell a story besides the passion of skiing untouched powder. Always under quite quirky influence of his deep Bavarian roots.
From ski etiquette to the deeper meaning of a ski bummers life. Winning and Failing. What is it about? Hungry Gravity is an honest life resume mixed up with the most beautiful powder skiing shots of his ski season in the Austrian alps.“
„Embark on a one-of-a-kind journey to Japan with Hokkaido Dreams, a film that captures the essence of freeride skiing in the land of endless powder. Aymar Navarro and Léo Slemett, two iconic figures from the Freeride World Tour, invite us to join them on their expedition to Hokkaido, Japan’s wildest and snowiest island.
Hokkaido Dreams is more than just a ski film—it’s a cultural immersion, an aesthetic adventure where each descent is a tribute to Japan and its frosty beauty. Between pure adrenaline and genuine exploration, Aymar and Léo reveal their passion for the mountains, local cultures, and pushing their limits in the polar cold.

Together with them, test Therm-ic gear, designed to withstand extreme conditions. Dive into this unforgettable adventure where snow, Japanese culture, and the love of freeride skiing come together to create a truly unique film.“

Kai Jones: Falling Into Place – TGR
„Born into the iconic action sports production company Teton Gravity Research, co-founded by his acclaimed filmmaker father Todd Jones, Kai Jones became a professional skier at just twelve years old. Kai swiftly rose to the top of freeskiing with viral videos that earned him four consecutive Skier of the Year nominations, beginning at the unheard-of age of fourteen.
On March 7, 2023, at sixteen, Kai suffered a near-fatal, potentially career-ending injury deep in Wyoming’s remote backcountry. After a remarkable rescue, he faced an uphill battle through multiple surgeries, intense physical rehabilitation, and relearning to walk—all while confronting whether he still wanted to pursue a career as a professional skier. This film offers an unfiltered look into Kai’s journey as he delves into his young but resilient spirit to find these answers. The film captures the immense mental and physical struggles he battled while attempting to return to the top of the mountain.“

The Crown Jewel: The Wall Beyond The Fjord – Jacob Wester
„Nuvsvåg, Northern Norway, is a small village at the end of the road, where the Scandinavian mountains meet the North Atlantic ocean. Long overlooked by skiers due to its remoteness, this is truly the final frontier of backcountry adventures in a country renowned for its strong ski-touring culture.
Join Swedish skiers Jacob Wester, Emil Granbom and Lovisa Rosengren on their quest to put their tracks on Middagsfjellet, a mountain previously unskied, despite its ever-present silhouette overlooking the town. Faced with marginal conditions on arrival, the team searches every nook for good snow, and the question lingers – will there be safe enough conditions for this wild undertaking, so far from civilization?“
Ephémère – Baptiste Sjöström
„It is the long reflection of a shy child who has a special relationship with nature and snow, of a teenager who miraculously survives and loses his best friend, of a young adult lost by discovering a society he struggles to understand.
To make his life, and sometimes help others to do theirs, he must free himself: accept that life is an eternal goodbye to what he loves, to enjoy goodness, beauty: men, nature, the moment.
It is the child and the adult who fight together to accept the world as it is. It is both joy and disappearance, since it speaks of snow. It is a poetic ode to the inevitable, ephemeral“

„We’re happy to be dropping our 4th full video this fall! Get ready, be ready, stay ready, Ash is epic.“

In the place where extreme free-riding movies were born, standing on the shoulders of their peers, their emulated friendship will help them push it to the very next level. From the most renown and historical lines to a camping mission in the middle of a never-skied-before mountain face, Markus and Victor’s obsession becomes a descent into madness.“
Selfmade – Andrey Anufriev
Featuring: Andrey Anufriev, Anton Samorokov
Painting The Mountains – Picture Organic Clothing
„The adage goes that beauty lies in the eye of the beholder, and «Painting the Mountains» is a testament to that. Through a journey into the heart of one of the most unpredictable mountain ranges in the world, we dive into the passionate gaze of Matthew, a photographer/journalist who fell in love with El Chaltén, this iconic place at the foot of the Fitz Roy massif in Argentine Patagonia.
This season, a team of French skiers comprising Aurel Lardy, Vivian Bruchez, and Jules Socié arrives with the ambition to pioneer new ski lines in the granite walls of Fitz Roy. Where ropes are typically used for climbing, they want to place their skis and carve turns. Their unique skiing visions offer Matthew a chance to photograph the unprecedented, documenting extreme steep skiing, or «big wall skiing.»
At the intersection of two artistic approaches, the film blends photography, journalism, and high-level skiing. The visions intertwine to honor these mythical lines that the three skiers came to carve. Beyond the film’s opportunity to bring us close to some of the world’s most daring descents, we get to know the population and customs of a unique village whose surrounding mountains and weather captivate the world.“

Mountain In My Mind 3 – Mountain In My Mind
„Mountain in My Mind is back with our 3rd annual ski film about mental health.“
Unwritten – Novia Productions
„This film “Unwritten” showcases a group of young women that were brought together from the creation of the original film “Novia.” We ended up living together in college and creating a nonprofit from the last film’s momentum called “Novia Productions” with aims to get more women in front and behind the camera within the snowsports industry. The last film was aimed to “inspire younger girls to find confidence within.” This film is a collection of 3 years of growth, friendship, badass skiing, and stepping into adulthood. It is giving back to the women that inspired me, Ellie (the director), to find confidence within myself in this industry and beyond. The idea “Unwritten” stems into the idea that we are all now graduating college – we wrote this story (film) and now our stories are going to begin… UNWRITTEN.“

An Arctic Journey – Ubac Images
„Svalbard is a wild and remote place, with unpredictable weather conditions, making it one of the most challenging places on Earth for freeride skiing. Despite all this, the Ubac Images team decided to step it up: first by travelling with trains and sailboat, then by pulling pulkas for 10 days across glaciers and sea ice. Along such an adventure, the time dimension fades away, and goals can shift: is skiing still the main purpose? Or is it just a cherry on top of this Arctic Journey?“
Of The Black Sea – J Skis
„Join Turkic-American pro-skier, Giray Dadali, on his journey to answer a life-long question: Which has a greater influence; the heritage from which you descended or the culture in which you were raised?
As Giray embarks on a new chapter of life, the film follows him to his father’s homeland of Türkiye where he looks to discover more about his place in the world and which elements of the Turkish culture to carry forward.
Of The Black Sea is more than a ski film; it’s a powerful exploration of heritage, breaking cultural barriers, and fostering understanding of what it means to be a Dadali, and what it means to be Turkish.
Watch for the film to be released later in 2024 after a select film festival run.“
La Belle Vie: An avalanche story in freeride skiing – Till Ewers
„In „La Belle Vie – An avalanche story in freeride skiing“ two passionate skiers embark on a thrilling adventure, setting off from Innsbruck, the capital of the Alps, with the aim of reaching Chamonix, renowned as the capital of freeriding and mountaineering. Their journey takes them through breathtaking Alpine regions, including Arlberg, Kaunertal, and Verbier, traveling in a camper that symbolizes their spirit of adventure and freedom. However, their plans take an unexpected turn when they encounter a life-threatening avalanche. This dramatic incident forces them to rethink their journey and confront the unpredictable nature of the mountains. As they navigate the aftermath, the film delves into the exhilarating highs and daunting lows of freeride skiing. The film captures the essence of skiing, showcasing not only the awe-inspiring beauty and thrill of the sport but also the inherent risks and challenges. Through their perseverance and resilience, the skiers discover deeper connections to the mountains, each other, and the true spirit of their passion.“

Joy – Jeremy Pancras
„Too many words can describe a session, a shaping day, or an entire season. But only one can sum up the feeling I carry when skiing: JOY. JOY is a take at my first season fully focused on skiing, and I’m excited to share it with the world.“
Directed, filmed and edited by Jeremy Pancras
Kelly – Someone Else’s Dream
The Red Face Zone – Troublehaus
„Ironic psycho drama in the Dolomites
Truly mysterious things happen to the Weger brothers, Matthias and Jakob. Their faces are flushed bright red. Anger, conflict, and aggression fill the air. Panicked, they discover that they suffer from the deadly „Red Face Syndrome.“
The only way to cure it is to throw themselves into the steepest and narrowest lines in the Dolomites with skis and snowboards. Will the brothers manage to pull their red heads out of the noose in time?
Bottom line: An ironically creative fireworks show garnished with hard-hitting action. Short, shock-like entertainment with remarkable acting performances by the two brothers. Brilliantly staged by mastermind Marco Tribelhorn. Incidentally, the idea for the film arose in the tour bus of FFF 2023.“

Sariri – Mountain Tribe
Profound Freeride Adventure in the Andes
What drives people to go to the mountains? Five protagonists from Switzerland, Austria, Bolivia, and Peru push their limits as they tackle various 6,000-meter-high steep faces in the Andes on skis. By being the first to descend the 6,074-meter-high „Chachacomani“ in Bolivia, the mountaineers also take on significant risks. The invisible force of altitude poses a challenging hurdle to overcome.
„Sariri“ explores the fascination that mountains exert on people, as well as the spiritual significance these towering clouds of stone, snow, and ice can hold. The film consciously includes the local population by having two of the main characters come from the Andes, sharing their perspectives on the mountains.
Sariri is a word from the Aymara culture/language in Bolivia and Peru. The word has several meanings, one of which refers to someone who goes into the mountains and travels without a clear destination—and in doing so, inspires others.
Bottom line: A beautiful film with a gentle pace, featuring magnificent images, strong portraits of the protagonists, and much food for thought. Directed by Paul Schweller, who at just 23 years already has an impressive body of work, including the award-winning film „metanoia.“
Länge: 34 Minuten

Frozen Babies – Bungee Breakers
„Follow this all-womens crew as they set out to find an alternative way to express the passion for skiing that brought them together. Carried in an electric van, the girls journey from rainy spots in the urban mekka of Stockholm to the small-town villages in the cold north of Sweden. The film is set far from the competitive scene and established snowparks. Here the crew must keep their eyes peeled in the search for rails, drops, and other creative spots for freeskiing. The film will show skiing as a team sport. In the streets you rely on your team for support, great vibes and shovel pulls. The crew sets out to push their own limits and explore a more artistic approach to the sport they love. During the long days of digging, filming, and skiing an ecstatic collective energy is born through watching each other rise and fall to the occasion.“

Farming Turns – Picture Organic Clothing
„From freeride hero to organic farmer
Chris Rubens was living his absolute dream. As a freeride pro, he jetted around the globe – always on the move with large production crews, heliskiing, and chasing the big lines. On an expedition to Greenland, a climate researcher accompanies the team to alleviate their guilt of burning fossil fuels to ski there. It was during the tour of this movie that Chris decided he needed to change more than just making a movie about climate change.
The Canadian freeride star gradually reduces his footprint – even if it means jeopardizing his career. Chris gives up flights, changes his diet and eventually becomes an organic farmer. What he gains from this is not only a more sustainable life but also a stronger connection to the community and the mountains in his home region of Revelstoke. As a new father, he wants to double down on his effort to help bring his son Huxley into the best world possible.
Bottom line: An uncompromising portrait of a man who radically changes his way of living. Authentically narrated by multiple international award-winning adventure documentary filmmaker Anthony Bonello, whose productions have over 20 million online views on various platforms, including Netflix.“

Stasis – Uncharted Force
„Moments of absolute stillness
A short 16mm portrait of Svea Irving, exploring her deep connection to nature and passion for skiing. In a state of constant motion, she finds balance, flowing seamlessly with the elements. “Allow your subconscious to wander, freeing the mind to explore and drift through the harmony of movement and nature”, says director Griffin Glendinning.
Svea is a halfpipe ski pro who competes in the World Cup and at the X-Games (SuperPipe bronze in 2023). But she also likes to hang out in the backcountry whenever she can. ‘With this film, we want to portray that in all the different parts of her life, there is a beauty that meets at this very point of ‘stasis’ – this moment of absolute stillness,’ explains the filmmaker.
Bottom line: A mystically melancholic portrait in arthouse cinema style by creative genius Griffin Glendinning. In a cool, visually abstract way, the action alternates gracefully between contemplation in nature and creative freeride and athletic halfpipe action.“

„An unlikely friendship between a skier and snowboarder takes a turn as they find themselves involved in a Ferrari heist whilst riding big mountain lines. The rivalry between skiers and snowboarders is a tale as old as the mountains they ride. But once in a blue moon, a miracle happens that changes the course of history. Timmy, a Freeride World Tour snowboarder, and Dino, a professional skier and mountain guide, overcome their impossible “cultural” differences and team up as they hunt to find the biggest lines and fastest rides.“

The Unnamed Peak: A Swedish Lapland Adventure – Jacob Wester
„Somewhere deep in the desolate landscape of Swedish Lapland lies the mountain hut of Nallú, a part of Sweden’s STF hut system. Here, skiing, hiking and outdoors enthusiasts find shelter on their journey through the ancient valleys and peaks of the Scandinavian mountain range, crowned by the mighty Kebnekaise, 2097 meters above sea level. In The Unnamed Peak, Swedish freeskiers Jacob Wester and Evelina Nilsson join forces on a mission to ski the east face of a mountain visible from the hut, named only by a height marker on the maps, but with a steep and aesthetically pleasing ski line plunging into the Stuor Reitas valley. Far from civilisation, with no contact with the outside world, the film follows the process of taking on the unknown, the mental battle of the balance between pushing the limits of freeskiing while keeping ourselves and the crew safe. This is The Unnamed Peak.“
